The building includes
partial end wall hips, 4/12 roof slope,
skewed walls, special angled tie-in
provisions at adjoining structure, and a
unique wind load bracing design to
accommodate exterior aluminum storefront and
masonry.
In addition, the building
was designed to accommodate stringent
Factory Mutual requirements. A perforated
liner panel was installed at the underside
of the roof deck to control sound. 3 3/4”
thick rigid insulation was installed between
the internal perforated liner panel and top
custom colored standing seam
roof system to minimize heat loss. |
