Lake Erie Design

Lake Erie Design is a high-tech ceramic production company that produces specialty molds for the aerospace and medical prosthesis industries. Due to the specialized production of precise ceramic molds, a high lighting requirement was achieved with natural light by installing a clerestory window system along with interior lighting.
 

A 120 foot-long moving furnace was installed to allow ceramic production to move continuously on railcars to speed production. At the time of construction, the type of furnace installed was the largest in the world for this particular application.
