The Howell Building

The vintage 1920 Howell Building houses offices for SFMG headquarters, which markets sports facility naming rights, loges and seating for stadiums and arenas worldwide. Restoration included the cleaning and tuckpointing of the limestone facade as well as refinishing exterior bronze hardware.

Custom fabricated windows were installed to preserve the historical design. Electrical and mechanical systems, as well as restrooms were upgraded to the current code.

Highly skilled carpenters completed extensive cabinetry work for the interior build-out as well as the penthouse and outdoor deck area. A new maple wood stairway was field fabricated to work with the varying existing conditions. A full size mockup of a stadium loge was constructed in the office space.
