1. Weekly tool box meetings at all projects with all workers at each site.

2. Weekly safety and coordination meetings with project managers and superintendents at our home office.

3. Weekly safety topics are distributed with each paycheck to all employees.

4. All supervisors and lead employees are certified for CPR and First Aid.

5. All supervisors and lead employees have completed an OSHA 10-hour occupational and health program.

Because of Jance & Company’s approach to safety, we have received safety awards for our lost time incident rate 25% below the national average.
